Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
